2024 – 2025 Studio Calendar:

September 9, 2024 – Opening Day
October 31st - Closed for Halloween
November 27th - December 1st - Closed for Thanksgiving
December 23th - January 6th - Winter Break
Spring Break - Dates TBA
Recital - June 22nd (Show Times to be announced)

Competition Dates are being explored - Further information will be posted soon.

Dress Code:

Ballet and Lyrical: All levels - Solid black leotard, pink tights, black skirt and ballet shoes. Lyrical classes need a lyrical shoe.

First Steps: Optional color leotard, pink tights, and ballet shoes.

Combo Classes: Optional color leotard, pink tights, and ballet or jazz and tap shoes.

Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop: All Levels - tank top, jazz pants, beige jazz shoe or tap shoe. Hip hop can also wear sneakers, but they

must be clean, not street shoes. Hip hop can wear baggy sweat pants, t-shirts and look funky!

Weather Closings and Delayed Openings:
For the safety of our students and staff, we do not take chances with the weather. Please call the dance studio (908)852-5209 for recorded closing announcements or check our Facebook page. We have built in one snow day for each day of the week. Anything after one snow day will be made up.

Class Placement:
Students are placed in classes according to age and ability. If at any time an instructor feels that a placement is incorrect, you will be notified and a correction will be made.

Make-Up Classes:
If a class is missed due to illness, vacations, etc., students are welcome to make up that class. Please call the desk or ask your child's
instructor, to find out which class is appropriate for the make-up class. There are no refunds for missed classes for any reason.

Pointe Class:
Pointe class is by permission only. Pointe shoes must be correctly fitted. In order to take any Pointe class, you must also take a ballet or a ballet and lyrical class during the week.
